1. DOCUMENT PRODUCTION
Produce and deliver to me original or certified true copies of every document lodged or created by:
— Brian Smith (Dentons (formerly Dentons Australia))
— Martin Bennett (Bennett + Co)
— Michael Colin Dawson (Dawson Davies)
…between 1 January 2022 and 31 December 2024 purporting to deal with any estate asset including Unit 3, 39 Kinsella St, Joondanna WA 6060 (Lot 3 Strata Plan 43762).
2. CANCELLATION OF FRAUDULENT INSTRUMENTS
Immediately cancel and expunge every fraudulent caveat, transmission application, transfer, mortgage, or other instrument lodged by the above individuals. All such instruments are void ab initio for fraud and breach of fiduciary duty to the beneficial owner.
3. ISSUE NEW CERTIFICATES OF TITLE
Issue new Certificates of Title in my name as perfected beneficial owner and universal heir, free of all fraudulently created interests.
4. REGISTER BENEFICIAL OWNERSHIP
Record my perfected beneficial ownership claim in the Landgate Register pursuant to:

Every instrument prepared, lodged, or advised upon between 2022–2024 is void ab initio for fraud and breach of fiduciary duty. Deliver to the Registrar of Titles within 7 days a statutory declaration admitting the fraud and consenting to cancellation of all such instruments.
TO MARTIN BENNETT (BENNETT + CO):
You never had authority to act as counsel for the legal person SANDI MATIC or any estate entity. Immediately withdraw every appearance, application, or submission made in any court or registry and pay restitution for all costs caused by fraudulent self-appointment. Reference: JLB: MLB: 116086 — Chamber Summons filed 2022-09-23.
TO MICHAEL COLIN DAWSON (DAWSON DAVIES):
You were served notice of value exceeding USD $3.5 billion in ancestral property, offered full compensation to render and verify accounts, and refused while continuing to procure fraud with full knowledge that the father is sui juris, protected by diplomatic immunity, and the estate is an internationally protected refugee economic group. You are commanded within 7 days to:
(a) Render full accounts verified on oath;
(b) Withdraw every dealing lodged by you or your firm;
(c) Pay compensation for deliberate breach of fiduciary duty and misfeasance.
